## Role Overview: Fuel Attendant at BP AKR
The Fuel Attendant position is the heartbeat of our service stations. We are looking for individuals who are committed to operational excellence, safety, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. You will serve as the face of the BP AKR brand, ensuring that every driver who visits our stations receives prompt and professional service.
## Key Responsibilities
As a Fuel Attendant, you will be expected to maintain the high standards that define the global BP brand. Your daily tasks will include:
* Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers and provide warm, welcoming service from the moment they arrive.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a superior service experience by addressing customer needs with efficiency and a positive attitude.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the fueling station at all times.
* Sales and Promotion: Actively suggest products, services, and current promotions that add value to the customer’s journey.
* Transaction Management: Competently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to handle payments accurately.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our fuel products and services to educate customers and answer inquiries effectively.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be placed in any of our strategic locations across Jabodetabek, West Java, or East Java.
* Shift Availability: Candidates must be ready and able to work in a rotating shift system.
* Experience: While entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, previous experience in the retail industry will be considered a significant advantage.
