## Position Overview: Process Engineering Jr. Engineer
Indowire is currently seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to fill the Process Engineering Jr. Engineer position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing manufacturing workflows, supporting cutting-edge engineering initiatives, and driving efficiency across the production floor.
Core Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of technical and analytical tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Project Lifecycle Support: Actively participate in the planning, execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting of various engineering projects.
* Performance Evaluation: Gather and critically analyze Performance Test data to accurately gauge project outcomes and operational efficiency.
* Tooling Management: Oversee tooling requirements, ensuring seamless development and integration for ongoing engineering ventures.
* Product and Process Optimization: Support alternative material assessments, product design and development, trial runs, line balancing, and comprehensive process validation.
* Continuous Improvement: Draft detailed analytical improvement reports while actively contributing to Kaizen methodologies and company-wide continuous improvement frameworks.
