## General Candidate Requirements
All applicants must adhere to the following professional standards to be considered for a position at ITB:
* Demonstrate high ethical standards and good moral character.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Physical and mental health clearance.
* Zero history of involvement with illicit narcotics or prohibited substances.
* Clean criminal record; no history of imprisonment or active legal proceedings.
* Must not be under a service bond or mandatory work contract with other institutions.
* Not an active member or official of any political party and not involved in practical politics.
* No affiliation with organizations prohibited by the Republic of Indonesia.
* Graduates from a university and program of study accredited with a minimum rating of "B" or "Good/Baik Sekali" by BAN-PT.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00, or 2.75 for those with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
* Preference is given to candidates with relevant certifications and specific industry experience.
* Flexibility to be stationed across ITB’s multikampus locations (Ganesha, Jatinangor, Cirebon, or Jakarta).
