We are currently looking for a motivated Logistics Administrator to support our on-site operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain and inventory management processes.
## Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our logistics department, ensuring that site operations run smoothly and that all material flow is tracked with precision. Key duties include:
* Inventory Documentation: Accurately inputting and updating data regarding all incoming and outgoing goods.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
* Procurement Support: Monitoring material consumption and initiating purchase requests as needed.
* Compliance & Filing: Ensuring all logistics and shipping documentation is complete, organized, and properly archived.
* Stock Control: Conducting regular physical stock audits in collaboration with the warehouse team.
## Candidate Requirements
We are searching for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience & Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); holders of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field are highly encouraged to apply. A minimum of one year of experience in logistics or inventory administration is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Accurate is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle spare parts, particularly for Light Vehicles (LV) and buses.
* Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, self-discipline, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
* Personal Profile: Male, maximum age of 35 years.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed in Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan.
