1. Group Leader Fuel
The Group Leader Fuel is responsible for managing the entire fuel distribution lifecycle, ensuring all operations align with production schedules and safety standards.
* Requirements: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies).
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Fuel Station and Fuel Truck operations, including receipt and distribution.
* Ensure data accuracy through integrated monitoring and reporting systems.
* Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5R housekeeping practices.
* Conduct regular inspections of storage and distribution facilities.
* Essential Skills: 2–3 years of relevant experience; possess a POP certification; proficiency in Fuel Management Systems or ERP software.
2. Group Leader Purchasing
This role focuses on maintaining the supply chain integrity required for smooth site operations.
* Requirements: D3 in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and evaluate procurement documents (PO, quotations, invoices).
* Balance cost-efficiency with high-quality and timely procurement.
* Perform regular vendor selection and performance evaluations.
* Adhere strictly to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (K3PLM) standards.
* Essential Skills: 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
3. Group Leader General Service
The General Service Lead ensures that both the office environment and employee facilities meet the highest standards of comfort and safety.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Hospitality.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office administration, housekeeping, laundry, and catering services.
* Oversee facility maintenance and infrastructure (MEP).

* Requirements: Vocational School (SMK) in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute maintenance schedules for heavy equipment components and tires.
* Manage manpower and operational support plant tasks.
* Create Lifting Plans and manage Lifting Engineering requirements.
* Essential Skills: 3+ years of experience; POP certification; Lifting Supervisor/Rigger certification; proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD 2D.
