## Engineering Graduate Pathways
As a Graduate Engineer, you will undergo two to three work rotations designed to broaden your business acumen while sharpening your technical expertise. You will be tasked with identifying operational improvements and ensuring the safe extraction and distribution of vital resources.
1. Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical engineers at bp are the backbone of our global operations. You will ensure that every piece of equipment and mechanical system is maintained, specified, and constructed to the highest standards—whether for new facility builds or existing asset modifications.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing maintenance strategies, monitoring equipment performance, analyzing operational constraints, and providing specialized technical support.
2. Process and Process Safety Engineer (P&PS)
This role is critical to the daily integrity of our operations. You will monitor process conditions, navigate operating envelope excursions, and support technical Management of Change (MOC) protocols.
