General Requirements for Candidates
To be considered for this competitive program, applicants must demonstrate a blend of academic excellence and leadership potential:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 (a minimum GPA of 3.30 is required for MT Mill positions).
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership, exceptional communication, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of the KLK regional operations across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
Available Management Trainee Tracks
We are looking for specialists across several critical business domains:
1. MT Field: Open to graduates of Agriculture, Forestry, or closely related fields.
2. MT Mill: Open to graduates of Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering.
3. MT Sustainability: Open to graduates of Social Science, Social Economics, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
4. MT Agronomist: Open to graduates of Agriculture, Ecology, Environmental Science, Genetics, Mathematical Biology, or Life Sciences.
5. MT Hydrologist: Open to graduates of Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
