1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development
This role is pivotal for advancing our molecular testing capabilities, ensuring precision in both routine and research-based evaluations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and validate molecular test methods, from initial selection to final reporting.
* Provide expert recommendations on reagents and equipment procurement.
* Conduct trials for non-accredited client samples and perform routine molecular testing.
* Manage laboratory inventory and maintain rigorous documentation for all instrumentation.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in molecular development and testing.
* Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative validation standards.

2. Microbiology Laboratory Research & Development
