## Core Management Trainee Streams
We offer specialized training tracks tailored to specific operational requirements. All candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age and Status: Maximum 28 years old and single.
* Health and Flexibility: Excellent physical and mental health; willing to be stationed in any remote operational plantation or mill location.
* Commitment: Successful candidates must be willing to fulfill an official service bond agreement.
1. MT – Plantation
This track focuses on the intricacies of estate management and agricultural oversight.
* Required Degrees: Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or Agro-industrial Technology.
2. MT – Mill Processing
