NICU/Perinatal Coordinator
This leadership role is vital to our neonatal intensive care unit. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Must hold a valid, active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
* Certification: Possession of specialized training certificates in NICU, BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), or relevant intensive care unit training.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a NICU Head Nurse or staff nurse in a NICU/PICU environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, effective communication, and robust understanding of ward management.
Inpatient Care Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced coordinator to oversee our inpatient units. Requirements include:
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Must hold a valid, active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Competencies: Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills with the ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Certifications: Must hold a valid BTCLS certificate; completion of Ward Management training is highly preferred.
