## Position Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff

* Experience: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years old.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language serves as a distinct competitive advantage.
* Technical Literacy: Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Location: Fully prepared and willing to work on-site at the Cikarang, West Java facility.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
As a vital member of the finance department, your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of critical financial management functions:
1. Cost Analysis: Diligently check and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Reporting: Review internal financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Ledger Management: Accurately record all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
4. Transactional Duties: Prepare invoices, checks, receipts, and manage other financial documentation seamlessly.
5. Cash Flow Management: Handle cash transactions, reconcile petty cash, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
6. Tax Compliance: Accurately calculate, prepare, and submit all necessary tax-related documents.
7. Asset Control: Maintain stringent records and internal controls over company assets.
