## Ideal Candidate Profile
Air Liquide is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and high-potential individuals who are eager to make an impact. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
* Experience Level: Open to 2024 and 2025 graduates, or professionals with no more than one year of full-time work experience.
* Key Competencies: Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership potential, excellent numerical and communication abilities, and the capacity for rapid learning in a fast-paced environment.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant competitive advantage.
## Application and Selection Process

4. Final Offer: Selected trainees will receive a formal job offer, with the program officially commencing in August 2025.
