1. HRD Manager
The HRD Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining our organizational culture and ensuring full compliance with national labor regulations.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Human Resources.
* Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, exceptional team management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and general labor regulations.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager
We are searching for a strategic leader to oversee our daily operations, design long-term business strategies, and manage relationships with our key business partners.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership capacity.
* Core Competencies: Outstanding leadership, refined written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff.
* Location: Domiciled in Gresik or willing to work on-site in Gresik.
3. Driver Supervisor (SPV)
The Driver Supervisor is responsible for coordinating our fleet operations and ensuring that our driver team meets our rigorous service standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a driver or in fleet coordination.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, ability to manage teams, and a technical understanding of vehicle maintenance.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid B1 Driver’s License is mandatory.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Gresik or Surabaya.
