## Finance & Purchasing Admin
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Purchasing Admin to support our financial operations and procurement processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth daily administrative workflows, managing accounts, and coordinating with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily financial administration, general bookkeeping, and petty cash operations.
* Handle procurement workflows, purchase orders, and supplier coordination efficiently.
* Monitor payment due dates, process invoices, and manage basic tax administration tasks.
* Maintain accurate financial records and reports utilizing modern accounting software and tools.
Candidate Qualifications
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a closely related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven professional experience in Financial Administration, Accounting, or Purchasing roles.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong mastery of Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook) and hands-on experience with Accurate Accounting Software.
* Preferred Skills: Familiarity with standard procurement procedures and customs documentation will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, strong attention to detail, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
