## Open Position: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our operations in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical engineering guidance and support to our Supervisors and Foremen. Furthermore, you will be expected to:
* Develop and implement industry-leading best practices for the mechanical department.
* Maintain high standards for all site installations.
* Ensure operational continuity through expert technical oversight.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A maximum of 3 years of professional experience; preference will be given to those with a background in Fixed Plant Maintenance or large-scale projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Conveying Systems, Coal Handling Facilities, and Maintenance Management Systems.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and advanced capability in AutoCAD.
* Professional Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership potential, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Communication: Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
* Work Ethic: Capable of operating with minimal supervision and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to corporate standards regarding safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and good corporate governance.
