## Current Job Opening: Environmental Engineer
PT Arutmin Indonesia is seeking driven professionals to fill two (2) Environmental Engineer positions, with placements available at the Satui Mine and Asam Asam Mine in South Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's environmental footprint. Core duties include:
* Planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating comprehensive environmental programs.
* Managing critical initiatives such as land reclamation, water management, and proper hazardous material handling.
* Overseeing internal audit processes to ensure total compliance with environmental impact assessments (AMDAL) and prevailing government regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or another directly relevant discipline.
* Experience: Bring a maximum of 3 years of professional working experience in a related environmental field.
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of mine reclamation, mine closure protocols, environmental management systems, and relevant regulatory standards.
* Software Proficiency: Be well-versed in industry-standard applications, including ArcGIS, Agisoft, Minescape, and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Analytical & Soft Skills: Excel in managing complex data sets and reporting, paired with strong analytical thinking, negotiation capabilities, and effective communication.
* Personal Attributes: Act as a fast learner with a genuine eagerness to grow, backed by solid interpersonal abilities and natural leadership qualities.
