Job Responsibilities
As an HRGA Japanese Speaker, you will bridge cultural and linguistic divides while supporting critical operational workflows. Your core duties will encompass:
* Interpretation & Translation: Deliver precise consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during management meetings, internal discussions, training sessions, audits, and guest visits. Accurately translate written documentation—including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment contracts, technical reports, official correspondence, and presentation decks—under tight deadlines.
* Meeting Management: Draft and organize comprehensive meeting minutes in both Japanese and Indonesian for cross-functional gatherings, executive conferences, and performance evaluations.
* Production Floor Support: Accompany management and Japanese expatriates during plant floor observations, ensuring seamless communication during operational briefings and safety walkthroughs.
* HR & General Affairs Administration: Provide robust administrative support, including scheduling meetings, compiling interpretation-related data, and drafting periodic progress reports.
* Team & Facility Oversight: Supervise and manage company drivers and security personnel by coordinating schedules, monitoring daily tasks, and conducting performance reviews. Oversee the maintenance, administration, and dispatch schedules of company operational vehicles.
* Expatriate Management & Legal Compliance: Handle critical expatriate documentation—such as working permits and visas—while staying fully aligned with local regulatory frameworks. Support general infrastructure maintenance and assist with Industrial Relations initiatives.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or an equivalent discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with at least one year of relevant professional experience will be prioritized.
* Language Proficiency: Possess a valid JLPT certificate of at least Level N3, alongside strong written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese and English.
