## Available Career Programs
1. Audit & Risk Development Program (ARDP) – Batch 15
The ARDP is a specialized development track designed to groom future leaders in internal auditing and corporate risk analysis. Participants will gain both technical mastery and behavioral competencies required to uphold the high standards of the Astra Group.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
* Location: Candidates must be graduates from universities located in the Jabodetabek area.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia and accept placement in any Astra Group company nationwide.
* Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high curiosity, agility, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Language: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
2. Human Capital Trainee (HCT) – Batch 13
The Human Capital Trainee program is an intensive 11-month journey (February – December 2026) crafted to build world-class Human Resources professionals. Through a blend of in-class instruction and hands-on, on-the-job training, you will be exposed to various HR functions across Astra’s diverse business units.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Location: Candidates must be graduates from universities located in the Jabodetabek area.
* Profile: High interest in Human Capital, dynamic, adaptable, and a natural team player.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work under pressure and navigate fast-paced, high-demand environments.
* Language: High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed at any Astra Group business unit in Indonesia.
