1. Export Import Section Head
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily import transactions to ensure the timely delivery of imported goods to designated warehouses.
* Monitor day-to-day export transactions, specifically concerning returnable packages.
* Manage and monitor all licenses pertaining to returnable packages.
* Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, Lartas, COO, and all relevant regulations governing export-import activities.
* Possess familiarity with systems such as INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, OSS System, and the PIB module.
* Handle and effectively manage customs audits.
* Act as a primary liaison with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and government customs offices.
* Stay consistently updated on new regulations to ensure continuous compliance across all operations.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree from any discipline (Logistics major preferred).
* A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Export and Import, ideally within the trucks or automotive industry.
* Proven experience in leading a team, project, or organization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Possess a good attitude, honesty, and strong integrity.
* Fluent in both oral and written English.
* Having passed the Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan (Customs Expert Certification) will be a significant advantage.

2. Export Import Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute daily operations related to import matters, including the creation of PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and submission of import documents.
* Manage day-to-day operations concerning returnable package exports, encompassing export document submissions, handling physical checks from the Customs Office, and creating invoices & packing lists.
* Support customs audits and conduct re-research activities as needed.
* Assist in financial and tax audits.
* Maintain a clear understanding of import regulations.
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma (D3) or Associate degree from an Engineering or Accounting major.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an export-import officer will be an advantage.
* Solid knowledge about import regulations will be an advantage.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
* Possess a good attitude, honesty, and strong integrity.
* Adaptability to work effectively in an agile environment.

3. Logistic Manufacturing Engineer Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and support production planning processes.
* Manage and provide delivery schedules for local suppliers.
* Oversee and monitor material and inventory stock in direct relation to production planning.
* Monitor critical SAP processes such as Goods Received, Certificate NIK, Material Master, Production Order, NIK, and Bill of Material.
* Handle the logistics of KIT importation, including managing back orders and pre-delivery parts.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation for export and import activities.
* Perform cost calculations for non-IKD (Incompletely Knocked Down) components based on CKD (Completely Knocked Down) specifications.
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from any engineering major, logistics, or supply chain discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics & inventory control within a manufacturing company.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Possess strong business insight and sharp analytical thinking.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analytics.
* Fluent in both oral and written English.

4. Field Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support activities and information to dealers and customers concerning complex technical problems.
* Offer technical support and advice to dealers through various technical systems such as Argus, telephone, and e-mail.
* Provide on-site support and identify solutions with dealers in cases where problems cannot be resolved remotely.
* Analyze complicated problems and ascertain solutions from multiple source information.
* Contact and request support from Technical Support when problems cannot be resolved internally.
* Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure that problems have been completely resolved.
* Prepare detailed technical reports for dealer managers.
* Collect new and interesting problem cases to create Field Service Bulletins, distributing them to all dealers and importers to ensure shared knowledge and adherence to correct solutions.
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma (D3) or Associate degree in Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucks, heavy equipment, or automotive industry will be an advantage; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships at all levels.
* Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel frequently.

5. General Accounting Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day operations related to General Accounting, including journal posting, report monitoring, and document filing.
* Monitor fixed assets and conduct yearly asset physical inventories (opname).
* Monitor merchandise and conduct yearly merchandise physical inventories (opname).
* Prepare and monitor accrual and provision reports.
* Support financial statement audits, tax audits, and customs audits.
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma (D3) or Associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an accounting officer will be an advantage.
* Good knowledge about tax regulations and PSAK (Financial Accounting Standards) will be an advantage.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, or any other accounting programs.
* Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for numerical data.
