* Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting initial screening of applicants against job qualifications.
* Managing payroll components, including base salary, allowances, and performance incentives.

* Smart Stacking: Organizing inventory using FIFO/FEFO principles to maintain system accuracy.
* Pick & Pack: Preparing orders for shipment according to Astra’s safety and accuracy standards.
* Outbound: Ensuring timely loading of goods onto transport fleets.
* Safety: Strictly adhering to 5S methodology and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
* Qualifications:
