* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with a maximum of two years of professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
