1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will play a hands-on role in executing comprehensive exploration phases to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute exploration stages including geological mapping, drilling operations, geophysical logging, coal sampling, and comprehensive reporting aligned with strategic plans.
* Accurately describe core drill samples and construct detailed drill logs.
* Interpret geophysical logging data to understand subsurface characteristics.
* Build, update, and maintain precise drilling databases.
* Collaborate closely with the exploration team while adhering strictly to operational standards and safety procedures.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience in the mining sector.
* Demonstrate proficiency in coal geological mapping, drilling supervision, coal sample handling, drilling database management, geophysical log interpretation, and borehole correlation.
* Willingness to be stationed at our site in North Musi Rawas, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
As an Exploration Geologist, you will take on a leadership role in planning, executing, and overseeing advanced exploration projects from inception to resource estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and supervise multifaceted exploration stages encompassing geological mapping, drilling, logging, geophysics, sampling, and official reporting.
* Perform advanced interpretation and correlation of coal seams.
* Develop accurate coal geological models.
* Manage, oversee, and validate comprehensive geological databases.
* Coordinate effectively with exploration teams, internal support departments, and third-party stakeholders.
* Ensure all exploration activities comply with internal standards, operational procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Bring 5 years or more of dedicated professional experience in a similar geological role.
* Master coal geological mapping, drilling techniques, exploration reporting, geological modeling, and coal resource estimation.
* Hold a valid Mining Supervisor certification at the Junior (POP) or Intermediate (POM) level.
* Willingness to be stationed at our site in North Musi Rawas, South Sumatra.
