## Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our team maintains high operational standards, candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
* Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining industry is strongly preferred.
* Tenure: A minimum of 5 years of experience at a similar level for Supervisor positions and above; a minimum of 3 years of experience at a similar level for Staff positions.
* Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial reporting and cost analysis is required for roles in Accounting, Finance, and Cost Control (Positions 4-6, 14).
* Technical Knowledge: Candidates for Cost Control and Cost Accounting roles must demonstrate a deep understanding of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured).
* Specialized Skills:
* Accounting Staff: Proven experience as an external auditor is highly advantageous.
* Civil Supervisor: Proficiency in AutoCAD for road construction is required.
* Marketing & Shipping Manager: Must be fluent in business-level Mandarin.
* Head of Luwuk Office: Previous experience in finance and logistics is mandatory.
* Legal Staff (Maluku): Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Sulawesi region.
