## 1. Management Trainee (External)
The Management Trainee program is designed to shape future leaders within the restaurant industry. Candidates will undergo comprehensive training to master store operations, team leadership, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations across flexible shift schedules.
* Oversee critical areas including food preparation, customer service, sanitation, safety, and security.
* Handle financial reconciliation during and at the end of shifts.
* Supervise, mentor, and actively participate alongside floor staff to maintain high productivity.

The Payroll Staff member plays an essential role in maintaining employee satisfaction through accurate, timely compensation and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify all compensation data prior to processing.
* Execute accurate payroll calculations and disbursements.
* Manage all administrative processes related to government healthcare and social security (BPJS).
* Update salary records in accordance with structural promotions or position changes.
* Maintain meticulous records of employee attendance, collective supporting data, and payroll timelines.
* Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) accurately and efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* At least one year of professional experience in payroll administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan regulations.
