Our state-of-the-art production facility spans a massive 154,211 square meters, divided into two distinct development phases: Phase 1 covers 70,257 square meters, while Phase 2 encompasses 83,954 square meters. As we continue to scale our export-oriented operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Project Admin.
## Position Overview: Project Admin
The Project Admin plays a pivotal role in maintaining the operational flow of our large-scale construction and manufacturing initiatives. This position is ideal for a professional who excels at multitasking and enjoys working within a dynamic, international industrial environment.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project materials, administrative documentation, and project workflows.
* Technical Advantage: Experience in interpreting architectural or engineering drawings is considered a strong plus.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
* Location Availability: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at our Kendal facility in Central Java.
