1. Legal Staff
The Legal Staff will play a vital role in protecting company interests and ensuring smooth operational workflows through meticulous legal oversight.
* Manage land acquisition processes, including coordination with landowners, local government agencies, and the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
* Ensure all property assets are documented as "clear and clean."
* Draft, review, and revise essential legal documentation, including agreements and addendums.
* Provide legal support for business units during contract negotiations with vendors and partners.
* Handle daily legal operations and perform due diligence for corporate actions.
* Oversee the legal compliance of the company and its subsidiaries while managing the establishment of new corporate entities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in corporate law or a Notary/PPAT office.
* Expertise in land acquisition, property maintenance, business law, and contract drafting.
* Strong interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
* Possession of an advocate license is considered a significant advantage.
* Deep understanding of corporate and agrarian law.
* Ability to travel for business, work under pressure, and thrive within a BUMN (AKHLAK) corporate culture.
2. Risk Management Staff
Our Risk Management team is essential to our strategic decision-making process. We are looking for an analytical professional to help us navigate potential challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
* Structure and maintain the company’s comprehensive risk register.
* Prepare and deliver regular risk management reports to senior leadership.
* Monitor risk assessment outcomes and perform continuous evaluation of registered risks.
* Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistical analysis to provide actionable data for management consideration.
* At least 1 year of experience in risk management, business assessment, or asset valuation.
* Comprehensive knowledge of PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regarding Risk Management.
* Professional certification (e.g., CRMO or CFA) is highly preferred.
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* A proactive learner with the resilience to work under tight targets and adhere to the AKHLAK corporate values.
