BGA Group is currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team through the Elementary Development Program (ELP-A). This initiative is specifically designed for vocational school (SMK) graduates who are eager to build a professional career in the plantation industry. Selected candidates will undergo a rigorous three-month training program followed by placement in our operational regions across Kalimantan.
General Requirements
* Education: Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) diploma.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a structured 3-month training program.
* Documentation: Possession of a valid national identity card (KTP) or birth certificate.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed in any of our operational locations in Kalimantan.
## Open Positions and Educational Backgrounds
We are looking for candidates from specific technical and agricultural backgrounds to fill the following roles:
1. Mechanic / Mill Operator
* Relevant Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Agricultural Mechanization.
2. Field Supervisor (Mandor)
* Relevant Majors: Agribusiness, Plant Production Agribusiness, Agricultural Product Processing, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Oil Palm Cultivation, Oil Palm Nursery & Maintenance, or Plantation Crop Production Technology.
3. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
* Relevant Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Palm Oil Processing Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Agricultural Mechanization.
