## 1. Coal Procurement Support (Urgent)
This role is critical for maintaining the seamless operation of our fuel supply chain. You will be responsible for managing coal-related documentation, delivery schedules, administrative coordination, invoicing, and settlement matters. Furthermore, this position offers an excellent growth trajectory, allowing you to develop expertise in coal sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
* Education: Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience, ideally within the coal, mining, or energy sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Professional Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with PLN, coal suppliers, and key stakeholders.
* Compliance: Experience in handling and maintaining ISO documentation and requirements.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel to remote mining sites as necessary.
* Work Ethic: Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
## 2. Plant Operator
We are looking for skilled individuals to ensure the operational excellence of our power plant. You will be responsible for overseeing critical equipment and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
* Operational Experience:
* Minimum 2–3 years as a Field Operator in a CFPP (Coal-Fired Power Plant).
* Alternatively, 3–4 years of experience as a WTP Helper with CFPP operational exposure.
* Technical Familiarity: Demonstrated experience with power plant components such as turbines, boilers, WTP/WWTP, and Balance of Plant (BOP).
* Safety Standards: Proficient in implementing Permit to Work (PTW) regulations.
* Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred for Field Operator candidates.
* Senior High School or Technical Vocational School graduates are eligible for Helper positions.
* Preferred Skills: Experience with large-capacity plants (above 660 MW) using Supercritical Boilers and possession of relevant professional certifications.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is a distinct advantage.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Cirebon.
