1. Accounting Staff (General Ledger)
As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Processing receipt and disbursement vouchers.
* Managing loan and leasing data processing.
* Preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age between 25 and 30 years old.
* Strong communication, adaptability, and self-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
* Willingness to be stationed in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
2. Budgeting Supervisor (Finance)
We are seeking a strategic thinker to oversee our budgeting processes and ensure financial accuracy across our marketing and manufacturing departments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and monitoring annual and monthly budgets.
* Generating accurate turnover reports.
* Coordinating with marketing teams and production plants regarding daily operational expenses.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age between 27 and 34 years old.
* At least 2 years of professional experience as a Financial Controller, Budgeting Analyst, or Auditor, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Expert-level familiarity with Microsoft Excel and experience handling complex data sets.
* Willingness to be stationed in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
3. Finance Supervisor
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining tight control over our financial frameworks and analyzing deviations to ensure operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Executing rigorous budget controls.
* Analyzing budget deviations and proposing corrective actions.
* Preparing and verifying daily turnover reports.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Budgeting, Auditing, or Financial Control.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a proven ability to manage complex data.
