1. Cashier (Finance)
As a key member of our finance department, you will ensure the integrity of our daily transactions.
* Responsibilities: Generate daily factory cash reports, perform daily cash counts, process sales receipts, and maintain accurate logs for product and BS sales.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Proficient in MS Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome, though one year of experience in cashier operations is preferred.
2. Analyst QC
Join our Quality Control team to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our high standards.
* Responsibilities: Conduct laboratory analysis on production and incoming samples, compile detailed analysis reports, and immediately report any quality deviations to management.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must be meticulous, honest, and familiar with MS Office.
3. HRGA Staff
Play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and harmonious workplace environment.
* Responsibilities: Oversee employee operations, manage 5S, HSE, and ISO standards, handle factory permits and Halal Assurance Systems, and manage administrative HR/GA tasks including attendance, discipline, and building maintenance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly valued.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
Lead by example and ensure that our quality protocols are strictly followed throughout the production lifecycle.
* Responsibilities: Schedule analyst workflows, monitor analysis procedures from start to final release, and manage the inventory of laboratory reagents and testing materials.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology with a minimum GPA of 3.00. At least one year of experience in a QC role and strong knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis are essential.
5. PPIC Supervisor
Optimize our production efficiency through meticulous planning and inventory control.
* Responsibilities: Develop production plans, forecast material requirements, track stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods, and manage arrival schedules.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess proficiency in integrated systems like SAP or Oracle.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
Ensure the operational continuity of our plant through strategic maintenance and technical improvements.
* Responsibilities: Monitor downtime, oversee preventive maintenance schedules (daily to annual), evaluate technical team performance, and drive process improvements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must have 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or utility management, with a solid grasp of electrical systems and PLC.
