1. Engineering Staff
The Engineering Staff will focus on equipment reliability, machine optimization, and maintenance execution across plant operations. This role demands sharp analytical skills to reduce downtime and ensure that critical production machinery performs at peak efficiency.
Key Qualifications and Technical Requirements:
* Education: Vocational High School Diploma (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical engineering experience within a manufacturing facility.
* Age Limit: Maximum 22 years of age at the time of application.
* Technical Mastery:
* Solid foundational knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices.
* Comprehensive understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electric motors, industrial sensors, bearings, gears, shafts, and precision machine assemblies.
* Practical expertise in preventive maintenance, systematic inspection protocols, industrial lubrication, and standard servicing techniques.
* Proficiency in handling maintenance tools and precision measuring equipment.
* Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:
* Demonstrated ability to conduct systematic troubleshooting, failure analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys methodology, QC Story, and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
* Thorough understanding of downtime management, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), machine reliability standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Core Competencies:
* Strong safety mindset with zero-accident orientation.

2. Production Engineering Staff
The Production Engineering Staff will be instrumental in standardizing production processes, balancing line capacity, driving productivity, and eliminating production bottlenecks.
Key Qualifications and Technical Requirements:
* Education: Vocational High School Diploma (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in production engineering within a manufacturing environment.
* Age Limit: Maximum 22 years of age at the time of application.
* Technical Mastery:
* Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, precision machining, component assembly, and modern production machinery.
* High proficiency in interpreting technical engineering drawings, dimensions, geometric dimensioning, and tolerances (GD&T).
* Competency in using basic and advanced precision measurement tools.
* Strong data processing and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel.
* Process Optimization & Lean Principles:
* In-depth knowledge of takt time, cycle time, productivity calculations, line balancing, and overall process efficiency.
* Hands-on ability to execute Kaizen activities, continuous improvement projects, PDCA cycles, 5 Whys analysis, and QC Story workflows.
