1. Production Operator
This role involves managing production lines, including granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, and soft gel processes. Operators must ensure quality, quantity, and time targets are met while adhering to GMP/CPOB standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring individual performance metrics, preparing production equipment, and documenting activities according to Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
* Qualifications: Minimum high school/vocational diploma (SLTA/D3). Must be color-blindness-free, possess good health, and be willing to work in shift patterns. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical plant or holding an SIO certificate is a distinct advantage.
2. Semisolid Junior Operator
Focusing on the transformation of raw materials into semisolid products, this role ensures the integrity of mixing and filling processes.
