## Job Overview: Assistant Sortasi
The company is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the Assistant Sortasi role. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high quality of raw materials entering the mill, directly impacting the overall productivity and output standards of the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Sortasi, your day-to-day operations will revolve around rigorous quality control and operational supervision. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Supervising the daily grading operations at the Palm Oil Mill (PKS).
* Conducting stringent quality checks and inspections on incoming Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to ensure strict adherence to corporate standards.
* Evaluating and verifying the quality of both internal and external FFB shipments.
* Compiling, managing, and finalizing accurate daily sorting reports and comprehensive data summaries.
* Maintaining optimal cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the entire sorting area on a daily basis.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational, professional, and personal criteria:
* Education: Hold at least a D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy.
* Academic Performance: Achieve a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven working experience specifically as an Assistant Sortasi within the palm oil industry.
* Health Status: Demonstrate excellent physical and mental well-being to handle field operations.
* Mobility: Exhibit a willingness to be stationed at company sites located in Kalimantan and Sumatra.
