* Gender/Age: Male, 20–23 years old.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably in Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm, excellent vision, and no color blindness.
* Experience: Previous experience as a Sprayman (minimum 1 year) is highly preferred.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, discipline, and strict adherence to workplace safety standards.
2. Administrative Staff
We are seeking an organized professional to manage our data and office operations.
* Gender/Age: Female, maximum 23 years old.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably in Office Administration or Accounting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is mandatory; familiarity with SAP systems is a significant advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Highly organized, communicative, responsible, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
