## Your Role and Core Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems, machinery, and power plant infrastructure are tested, optimized, and ready for seamless operational deployment. Your primary duties will include:
* Testing and Performance Analysis: Execute comprehensive analytical testing procedures, including individual motor runs, load assessments, and performance evaluations for critical fan and pump assemblies.
* Complex Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues affecting highly complex mechanical equipment such as industrial pumps, fans, valves, and rotating machinery.
* Site Inspections and Field Reporting: Conduct thorough site surveys, monitor ongoing construction and installation issues, and prepare detailed field reports for project stakeholders.
* Commissioning Coordination: Oversee, execute, and monitor the systematic commissioning of integrated power plant systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and safety protocols.
* Instrumentation and Precision Tooling: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools—including vibration meters, thermal cameras (temp guns), and specialty mechanical instruments—to perform precise test work.
## Essential Qualifications and Professional Requirements
We are seeking analytical, self-motivated candidates who possess a strong technical background and a proven track record of execution in heavy industrial settings. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Education and Experience
* Academic Background: Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
* Professional Track Record: Possess a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in Power Plant operations, major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, or heavy industrial construction.
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within a multinational Korean company or environment is highly preferred and will give your application a distinct advantage.
Skills and Competencies
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrate exceptional command of English, both in written business communication and spoken professional interaction.
