## Open Positions and Specific Qualifications
We are currently recruiting for the following professional roles:
1. Account Executive
* Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing or Business backgrounds are preferred).
* Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
2. Content Creator
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Communication or Broadcasting preferred).
* Ability to translate creative concepts into engaging visual content.
* Strong collaborative skills and the ability to meet strict production deadlines.
3. Accounting
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and software like SAP or Accurate.
* Familiarity with tax regulations is considered a significant advantage.
4. Audioman
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering backgrounds preferred).
* Technical proficiency in sound engineering, recording, and mixing.
* Hands-on experience with audio consoles, mixers, and broadcast microphones.
5. Program Development

* Minimum 1 year of experience in research or TV program development.

6. Broadcast Logistic
