1. Junior Process Engineer (Code: JPE)
This role is ideal for technical professionals who thrive in a fast-paced chemical production environment.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of experience in the oleochemical industry, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CAEPipe, CHEMCAD, HYSYS, and ASPEN.
* Core Competencies: A solid grasp of isometric drawing principles and chemical manufacturing processes.
* Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Indonesian. You must be a collaborative team player capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
2. Customer Service Executive (Code: CSE)
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage our global client interactions and logistics documentation.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Studies, Administration, English Literature, or a related field.
* Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
* Professional Experience: Minimum of one year in a similar role is preferred, but qualified fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Industry Knowledge: Practical experience with international payment systems, specifically Letter of Credit (L/C) processing and Incoterms.
* Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Batam will be given priority.

* Technical Requirements: Proficiency in computer applications and a clear understanding of budgeting processes and cost control measures.
