* Education: Minimum D4/S1 degree in Engineering, Informatics, or Science (MIPA).
* Experience: Proven background in Oil and Gas Facility Operations and Maintenance.
* Certifications: Must hold a valid Work Competency Certification (SKK).
* Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and high digital literacy.
2. Engineer / Analyst / Planner
* Education & Experience:
* SMA/SMK with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
* D3 degree (Engineering/Informatics/Science) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
* D4/S1 degree (Engineering/Informatics/Science) with 0 years of experience.
* Requirements: High integrity, analytical prowess, and adaptability in digitalized work environments.
3. Senior Operation Representative
* Education & Experience:
* SMA/SMK with 15+ years of relevant experience.
* D3 degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
* D4/S1 degree with 0 years of experience.
* Key Requirements: Proficient in English, possess strong analytical skills, and hold relevant functional certifications (e.g., Production Operator, PLTG operation, Tank Gauging, Boiler operation, or B3 waste management certificates).
4. Junior Operation Representative
* Education & Experience:
* SMA/SMK with 10+ years of relevant experience.
* D3 or D4/S1 degree with 0 years of experience.
* Requirements: Must demonstrate strong integrity, communication skills, and digital aptitude. Similar to the Senior position, holding relevant operations certificates is highly preferred.
5. Junior Operation Support
* Education & Experience:
* D3 degree with 0 years of experience.
* SMA/SMK with 3+ years of relevant experience in facility operations.
* Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, high adaptability to various field conditions, English proficiency, and digital literacy.
