Core Responsibilities
* Administrative Management: Ensuring accurate processing of Human Resources and General Services (GS) site activities.
* Reporting & Documentation: Preparing comprehensive monthly reports regarding attendance, overtime, employee allowances, and database updates.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Managing internal and external communications to facilitate seamless operations.
* Employee Relations: Overseeing essential administrative processes, including employment contracts and the management of national health and social security benefits (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJSTK).
Required Qualifications
