## Job Title: HR Officer / HR Coordinator – Project
As an HR Coordinator for ETI’s field operations, you will play a vital role in managing human capital, fostering positive employee relations, and maintaining strong connections with local communities and external stakeholders at project sites.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this demanding project-based role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working as an HR Generalist, handling HR operations, personnel management, general affairs, public relations, or equivalent functions.
* Legal and Administrative Expertise: Demonstrate a robust understanding of human resource administration, employee relations, labor administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
* Community and Social Relations: Possess practical experience in social and community engagement, specifically working alongside local communities and influential regional figures.
* Industry Preference: Prior background within construction, EPC, Oil & Gas, power generation, energy, mining, or other heavy project-based industries is strongly preferred.
* Remote Site Experience: Familiarity with managing remote project locations, handling local stakeholder engagement, coordinating workforce logistics, and executing project reporting will serve as a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Show strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel.

* Relationship Management: Proven capacity to build and sustain positive partnerships across project teams, KSO partners, corporate clients, local residents, and government or regional representatives.
* Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of operating independently while fostering strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Additional Employment Condition
Applicants must display a willingness to be deployed to active project sites located in Maluku, North Sulawesi, or any other operational site managed by PT. Enviromate Technology International across Indonesia.
