Current Career Opportunities
We are currently seeking talented individuals for the following roles:
1. Production Supervisor (Semarang): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Chemistry, or Food Tech. Requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and GMP proficiency.
2. Export Marketing Supervisor (Semarang): Bachelor’s degree; must be fluent in Mandarin or English (TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.0). Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
3. Quality Control Supervisor (Semarang): Bachelor’s degree in Food Tech or related fields. 2-3 years of QC experience, with deep knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000.
4. R&D Staff (Semarang): Bachelor’s in Food Tech or Chemistry. Focused on process efficiency, HACCP, and continuous improvement.
5. PPIC Staff (Semarang): Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management/Engineering. Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and MS Excel.
6. Maintenance Technician (Semarang & Demak): Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience in facility management and building utilities required.
7. HRD Staff (Demak): Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, training, and administration within manufacturing.
8. Miniplant Supervisors (Boja, Sukorejo, & Ungaran): D3/S1 in technical or science fields. Requires 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in the F&B sector.
