1. Trainee Agronomy
* Qualifications: Bachelorโs degree in Agriculture, Plantation Science, or Forestry from a reputable university.
* Program Duration: 6-month on-the-job training.
* Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and full flexibility for placement or rotation across all operational areas.
2. Trainee Engineering
* Qualifications: Bachelorโs degree in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
