We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Staff member to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is essential in shaping our workforce and ensuring we continue to attract top-tier talent to support our rapid growth.
Core Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, rigorous screening, conducting interviews, and finalizing selections.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with department heads to accurately identify and fulfill manpower requirements.
* Digital Outreach: Managing job postings across various career portals and social media channels to expand our applicant pool.
* Coordination: Managing interview logistics and maintaining clear, professional communication with all candidates.
* Data Management: Overseeing the recruitment database and generating comprehensive hiring reports.
* Onboarding Support: Facilitating a seamless integration for new hires into the company culture.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Excel, including expertise in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
* Logistics Background: Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to work under a contract status and be available for an immediate start.
