## Engineering and Maintenance Roles
1. Foreman Mechanic (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair activities according to SOPs. Monitor Equipment Performance (Physical Availability, MTBF, MTTR) to meet targets and prioritize breakdown units.
* Requirements: Minimum STM/DIII/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman Mechanic in a mining contractor setting. Must possess a POP certification, strong leadership skills, and integrity.
2. Plant Engineer
* Responsibilities: Analyze and recommend technical engineering solutions for mining equipment modifications. Monitor health status, reliability, and safety of machinery.
* Requirements: Male, S1 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, minimum 3 years of experience, and proficiency in technical software and project management.
3. Maintenance Planner
* Responsibilities: Schedule periodic maintenance and repairs, manage spare part availability (backlog/unscheduled), and maintain comprehensive activity reports.
* Requirements: SMK/DIII in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 1 year of experience as a planner, and proficiency in MS Excel/CMMS.
4. Senior Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Execute detailed repairs for broken units, perform routine maintenance, and report unit status to MCR.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, SMK graduate, minimum 5 years of experience with heavy equipment (BMC certification preferred).
5. Supervisor Maintenance
* Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensure team efficiency, manage spare part inventories, and maintain strict adherence to SHE regulations.
* Requirements: SMK/DIII in Mechanical Engineering, 3 years of experience as a Plant Supervisor, and strong leadership skills (POP certification preferred).
## Production and Operations Roles
6. Foreman Production (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Responsibilities: Supervise production targets, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards, plan work schedules, and manage hazard identification.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, SMK graduate, 3 years of experience as a Production Foreman in mining, and a POP certificate.
7. Excavator Operator
* Responsibilities: Operate excavators efficiently, inspect equipment before/after use, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
* Requirements: SMK/SMA graduate, valid SIO or BII General SIM, 1 year of mining experience, and willingness to be assigned out-of-town.
8. Driver Dump Truck
* Responsibilities: Operate dump trucks (e.g., Quester CWE 730) safely and efficiently, ensuring pre-operation and post-operation equipment checks.
* Requirements: Junior High/High School graduate, valid BII General SIM, 1 year of experience, and willingness to work out-of-town.
## Training and Support Roles
9. Trainer Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Develop technical training materials, manage competency assessment programs for mechanics, and provide instructional improvements.
* Requirements: SMK in Mechanical Engineering, 3 years of mining training experience, and strong presentation skills.
10. Trainer Operator
* Responsibilities: Design and execute training programs (theory and practice) for heavy equipment operators, evaluate training effectiveness, and monitor competency development.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, SMK/DIII, 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment (A2B) trainer, and proficiency in MS Office.
## Administrative and Strategic Roles
11. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Placement: Jakarta Head Office)
* Responsibilities: Analyze business structures and resource utilization, implement talent and performance management, and oversee organizational development strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management, with at least 3 years of experience in HC Strategic roles.
12. Plant Superintendent
* Responsibilities: Ensure the effectiveness of site maintenance processes, manage equipment availability, and lead teams to reach site targets.
* Requirements: S1 degree, 5 years of relevant experience, POP certification, and exceptional analytical and leadership capabilities.
