Core Qualifications
To thrive in these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a closely related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, though prior experience in maintenance or leadership roles is considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
* Domain Expertise:
For Mechanical:* A solid understanding of gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical components.
For Electrical:* Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams, PLC systems, electrical panels, and star-delta configurations.
* Attributes: We value individuals who are detail-oriented, accountable, proactive, and possess strong leadership potential.
* Academic Standing: Must have graduated from a well-accredited university.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
