## Position Overview: Head Human Capital & General Affair
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources and general affairs functions. You will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring that our talent strategies align seamlessly with our company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and cost-efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Translate company objectives into actionable HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture across all manufacturing and operational divisions.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal HR team while collaborating cross-functionally with department heads.
* General Affairs Management: Oversee facility operations, administrative workflows, and regulatory compliance at our Bogor operational base.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, quickly mastering new methodologies to optimize organizational workflows.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field.
2. Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working as an HR Generalist, preferably within manufacturing, heavy industry, or related sectors.
3. Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong data-driven analytical skills, and a proven track record in strategic execution.
