Following the remarkable success of our inaugural Management Trainee program, which saw 25 participants transition into permanent leadership roles, Green Energi Utama is now opening applications for our second cohort. We are seeking ambitious, purpose-driven individuals ready to drive innovation in the renewable energy sector.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess both the professional skillset and the drive to excel within our growing organization:
* Academic Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Candidates with degrees in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering are highly encouraged to apply.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is preferred for degree holders.
* Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English is a priority. For degree holders, a TOEFL/TOEIC score of 500+ is considered a significant asset.
* Linguistic Edge: Candidates proficient in Japanese or Dutch will receive preferential consideration.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent public speaking abilities, an active social personality, and a history of involvement in campus or school organizations.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed in any of our operational development areas.
