## Open Position: WWTP & WTP Operator
PT. Haldin Pacific Semesta is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to manage water treatment operations, ensuring the company maintains its high standards of environmental compliance and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee and monitor the performance of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP) to ensure optimal functionality.
* Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of machinery, pumps, tanks, and all supporting utility infrastructure.
* Quality Control: Guarantee that all treated water consistently meets internal corporate standards and national regulatory requirements.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational parameters and prepare comprehensive daily activity reports.
* Chemical Handling: Execute precise chemical dosing according to established standard operating procedures.
* Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work environment while performing basic preventative maintenance on technical equipment.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the maintenance department to troubleshoot and resolve any system disruptions immediately.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) or diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a WTP/WWTP operator in a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with relevant theoretical knowledge are encouraged to apply).
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of clean water treatment and wastewater treatment processes.
* Equipment Literacy: Ability to manage water quality parameters and operate essential equipment, including filters, dosing pumps, and auxiliary systems.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with treatment chemicals and the application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Availability: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Soft Skills: A detail-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, disciplined work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
