We are currently hiring for multiple leadership and operational roles based in our Jakarta Head Office, as well as our active sites in East and West Kalimantan.
1. Management and Supervisory Roles
* Superintendent SCM: Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end material supply chain, procurement strategies, and logistics efficiency. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering/Management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the mining sector.
* Superintendent Finance: Focuses on financial oversight, budgetary compliance, and resource allocation. Candidates should possess a strong background in mining finance and SCM software proficiency.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Manages project budgets and financial data analysis. Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and Brevet A&B certification.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Spearheads mine planning activities using advanced software like Surpac or MineSight. Requires a Mining Engineering degree and 3 years of field experience.
* Supervisor SHE: Manages Safety, Health, and Environment protocols. Requires relevant certifications (POP, SMKP, General K3) and deep knowledge of industry safety regulations.
2. Finance, Maintenance, and Technical Support
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Supports daily financial reporting and administrative compliance. Requires a Diploma in Finance/Accounting and 2 years of industry experience.

3. Operational Fleet Operators
We are seeking experienced heavy equipment operators to join our Kalimantan sites. All candidates must possess an active SIM B2/B2 Umum license. Prior experience with specific units and current SIO certificates are highly prioritized.
* Excavator Operators: Experienced with small (20-50 ton) to large (80 ton) units.
* Grader, Dozer, & Compactor Operators: Skilled in land preparation and surface maintenance.
* LGMG/SKT Operators: Wheel loader specialists for material handling.
