## General Requirements and Qualifications

* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience within the coal or nickel mining sectors.
* Certification: Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) competency certificate is highly preferred.
* Availability: Willingness to be assigned to any of our various project sites across Indonesia.
